If you missed our Octoberr 9th registration you can still register by filling out the three forms below and mailing them to us along with your registration fee and singlet deposit. All new wrestlers must include a copy of their birth certificate.
There are three forms that need to be filled out in order for your child to wrestle which are as follows:

The Bartlett Jr. Hawks wrestlers, coaches, and parents handbook.
Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation Application for USA Wrestling Competitor Card 2011-2012.

All new wrestlers must bring a copy of their birth certificate to registration.
